I’m a new mum, with a daughter named Etta Rose.  Before I was a mum,  my partner and I travelled the world lots to various cities such as Berlin, Montreal, Naples, LA right through to remote villages in the hills of Southern Turkey and Spain.

I launched a music PR business at the start of 2016, quitting my corporate events job in the city. I’ve always fantasised with the idea of being my own boss, being able to be anywhere in the world and still work. Throughout 2016 I got to put this dream into reality as I lived in Berlin, Ibiza, Naples and Montreal whilst setting up my laptop where ever i could find a good WIFI connection, which enabled me to to also work. I felt so LUCKY, whilst i glanced out at the sparkling azure sea below my balcony.

I was determined to continue to do the same with my baby girl and partner, despite being told I’d probably only be enjoying ‘staycations’ for the foreseeable future. I aim to prove the naysayers wrong, I invite you on this journey with me.

This blog is for all the mums who don’t want to go to typical young family type destinations. Also for those like me, who perhaps had to get back to work fairly swiftly after giving birth, want to work overseas whilst they are with their babies but might need to try and locate a childminder. But who are also wanting to stay in places, with the facilities that make it easier with a baby.
